I readily accept that the website is far from perfect. I welcome constructive help and support from interested parties …but do not appreciate low-rent, one-liners from negative transients.
If you want to ‘show me how it’s done’, then please feel free to post a link to your Macwester website. You have put in the time and effort to make one …right?
One last thing Mandy; perhaps one day you will master the art of grammar and spelling.

by macwester September 8, 2011 at 11:03 amAh… I see. I’ve spotted you on the Macwester Owners Association website.
Thanks for the encouragement and support Mandy.
You don’t appear to have your own website, but it seems that I should be scouring the MOA journal for faults instead.
Why would you be so unfriendly to a fellow Macwester enthusiast?

by Paul November 6, 2011 at 10:54 pmThank you for your support and encouragement Paul. While not particularly cheap, the fully enclosed cockpit tent was worth every penny; it means the whole length of the boat is useable in any conditions …and that in turn means we actually use our boat more often than perhaps we might otherwise. Best wishes…

Anyone who may have the fortunate choice between a Wight and a Malin, should view this site- as a font of ideas in pictures, no matter which boat he chooses.

When I started this blog just over a year ago, I wasn’t sure how it would go or what would appear on it. I started with the blog section which mainly catalogues our Macwester Malin’s adventures. However, over and above that I didn’t feel that there was an awful lot of Macwester model info widely available online apart from “for sale” ads, and hopefully I’m helping to change that through the photobank and rest of the website.
Best wishes…

by macwester July 31, 2012 at 10:17 amHi all,
I am about to purchase a Raymarine evolution 100 wheel pilot system for my Malin to upgrade from the old autohelm 3000, which gets confused.com at any given opportunity. Just wondering if it’s happening with any of your experience with this system. Any thoughts about this issue would be great especially with the forward facing wheel arrangement, best regards Stuart.
